- Cut out lower rotor blades and lower rotor supports
- Score and bend on dotted lines
- Fold the straight edge of each blade under and glue in place
- Glue a lower rotor support to each blade as shown. Study the illustration carefully so that you glue each support on in the right direction
- Glue the lower blades to the frame as shown, matching the extending tabs on the supports to the indicated gluing areas on the frame. For added strength, apply a line of glue where the blades join the frame. Aply a thin film of glue to the scored edges of the supports as well. Set aside to dry
